Emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy and birth

2 prenatal visits

A virtual prenatal visit at 20-24 weeks (or as soon as you sign if it’s later in your pregnancy (it is never too late!))

An in-person prenatal visit at 36 weeks or earlier if the situation dictates

Non-judgemental support in assisted home, birth center, and hospital births

1 postpartum followup visit

1 month of text/phone call/email postpartum support (and we will often keep in touch for much longer!)
